What to bring
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes for the yoga session.
- Guests must be at least 14 years of age to participate.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Say Namaste to Inner Peace
Looking to take some time for yourself? Improve your yoga practice in this half-day event! With a combination of yoga and meditation—plus a vegetarian breakfast and massage thrown in for good measure—you’ll have the chance to purify the mind and rejuvenate the body. We’ll start the day by picking you up from the NamKhan Project office in the Luang Prabang city centre. If you prefer we pick you up from your hotel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance or when you book the experience. From there, it’s a short drive to the NamKhan Project, our 1-hectare property facing the NamKhan River.
Once we arrive at the NamKhan Project, you will be welcomed by your yoga and meditation teacher. First, center yourself with 60 minutes of gentle yoga and strive for inner peace as you breathe through the poses. Afterwards, you’ll be treated to 35-minute guided meditation in the ‘yoga nidra’ style. During this meditation, you’ll be lying in the ‘corpse’ pose—comfortably on your back with your eyes closed.
After this moment of zen, we will guide you to our restaurant for your veggie breakfast, made with products from our organic farm. You will then have an hour-long break to explore the gardens before enjoying a massage with one of our qualified massage therapists. It’s a perfect experience for rejuvenation and rest surrounded by nature.
When the experience is over, you may choose to spend more time at the NamKhan facilities or return to the city centre on one of our many shuttles. We hope that you’ll feel refreshed after spending day catering to the needs of your body and mind.
