NamKhan Yoga Experience

Reconnect with yourself. Yoga relieves stress, strengthens the body, awakens your mind, and brings overall tranquility. This class will allow you to recharge the batteries in a natural setting, dedicated to your well-being. Discover the benefits of the various yoga techniques our experienced instructors use: hatha, vinyasa, yin, or kundalini. Each class will end with a guided meditation session called ‘yoga nidra’. It’s performed by lying comfortably on your back, eyes closed, and focusing on specific breathing patterns.

Please note: The classes are only in the morning from 7:30am to 9:00am. Sessions can be adapted to all physical conditions and requirements.
